John Davis Earns Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) Designation

Davis & Hodgdon Associates CPAs Managing Partner John Davis, CPA, CFP®, CVA, CEPA spends most of his time dealing with small business clients and the issues they face – from recommending structure for various types of entities, to improvement of business processes, and with a special focus on strategic succession planning, sales and acquisitions, and business valuations.

In fact, over the last several years has been very involved with the exit planning process for many clients as a means to better prepare them for the eventual transition of their business. As this has become a big part of clients’ needs, John recently completed the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) Program through the Exit Planning Institute (EPI) to better serve this need.

If you aren’t familiar, the CEPA Program is the most widely accepted and endorsed exit planning program available, focused around cross-functional consulting and value acceleration. As a CEPA, John belongs to a multi-disciplinary network of high caliber, collaborative group of advisors in our area and across the globe.
