Green Mountain Organic Creamery Continues to Expand

Green Mountain Organic Creamery, Kimball Brook Farm’s bottling plant in Hinesburg has completely filled the plant space with bottles, caps, crates and all the supplies it takes to bottle the milk. Demand for the Kimball Brook Farm brand throughout the Northeast has increased so much that the cooler has grown too tight for all the milk, so the expansion of the existing cooler is almost complete.
