When and Where: Join us–bring a colleague or board member– on Thursday, September 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Windjammer Conference Center in South Burlington, Vermont. Attendance is limited to 75 participants. Continental breakfast and mid-morning refreshments will be served. The registration fee is $50.

Workshop Details: Public Allies’ Paul Schmitz explores a new framework for leadership in the 21st century. Schmitz’s presentation guides participants to reflect on their leadership journeys and styles and to see leadership in new ways. This half-day workshop includes a key-note and hands-on work in small group sessions to “sharpen your saw”.  You will gain useful tools to help you to focus on your strengths, be more collaborative and inclusive, open to continuous feedback, and accountable to those you serve and work with.
