Seasonal Administrative Assistant – Rutland, VT
Our award winning firm is seeking a customer-focused and energetic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant for our Rutland office (January through April 2020).
You are a perfect fit for this position, if you have an upbeat personality, strong desire to learn new software as well as the ability to focus on details while multi-tasking.
This is a front-facing position therefore professional appearance and verbal skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients, prospective clients and visitors
- Answering a multi-line phone system, routing phone calls to the right staff member
- Scheduling and confirming appointments as needed
- Communicating with our clients regarding tax and financial services
- Compiling client deliverable packages in a neat and detailed manner.
This is an hourly, 30-40 hours a week position. Hours are flexible but must be within normal business hours of Monday- Friday 9-5
