Are your kids not interested in taking over the family camp after you’re gone? Are you considering leaving you’re second home to your church or college? Do you want to preserve part of your farm from development?

As part of *Copper Leaf Financial’s focus on philanthropic giving we are excited to invite you to our next virtual townhall as we discuss the possibilities of including real estate and property donations in your giving strategy.

Join us on Wednesday, November 15th at 12pm Eastern for “Enhance Your Philanthropic Giving by Including Real Estate and Property Donations” as we welcome Christa Kemp from the Vermont Land Trust. Christa is an expert in major gifts and planned giving.

We will talk about how donating real estate to charity may provide a solution to some potential legacy planning dilemmas. We’ll also discuss how the Vermont Land Trust works with donors to help families reduce taxes and preserve valuable Vermont property for future generations.
