AICPA (CPA-EXAM.ORG)
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants is responsible for developing and scoring the CPA Exam.

NASBA (NASBA.ORG)
The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy maintains the National Candidate Database, provides candidates with the Notice to Schedule (NTS), and keeps candidate records.

PROMETRIC (PROMETRIC.COM/CPA)
Prometric test centers are where the CPA Exam is given. They are responsible for scheduling and administering the exam, as well as sending the results to the AICPA for scoring.

STATE BOARDS 
Regulates the accountancy profession and serves as the licensing body.
