Winter in August 2018 Comes to Rutland Vermont

Davis & Hodgdon is very pleased to once again sponsor the Rutland Regional Chamber of Commerce’s popular “Winter in August” event this year!

Winter in August is one of the city’s most well-attended public business events and this year it will be held Tuesday, August 14th on Merchants Row (between West and Center Streets) in Downtown Rutland from 5-8pm.

Winter In August is held in recognition of the ski industry’s contribution to the regional economy. Approximately 500 people attend each year. Restaurants donate portions of food, there are bars set up, and a DJ adds to the festivities. This is a great opportunity to meet new customers, friends and suppliers. The event draws local, state and US dignitaries.
