WHEN DISASTER STRIKES: PART V

Tip 5: Practice and Update Your Disaster Recovery Plan

If you have a disaster recovery plan in place, make sure you update it and keep everyone informed.  Everyone in your family or business should be made aware of the details of the plan and should be reminded on an annual basis.  The plan should be reviewed for any required changes as your business or family grows.  It is recommended that you practice executing the plan so that in the event of a true disaster everyone will be prepared and your efforts to resume operations will run smoothly.
