Vermont Health Connect – Navigators and Brokers

More than 200 Navigators and Brokers have been trained and are available in communities throughout Vermont to help Small Businesses and their employees understand their health care options.  They are trained to assist with choosing a plan, enrolling, and accessing financial help.
