QuickBooks Add-Ons: Transaction Pro Importer

As part of our ongoing series about QuickBooks Add-Ons, this week we will be focusing on Transaction Pro Importer.  Provided by Baystate Consulting, this application can help you to easily import lists and transactions into QuickBooks Online from a text or Excel file.

To start, you can define and save your own field mapping, based on the import file.  Next, the application allows you to edit uploaded data files before importing into QuickBooks Online.  If there is a row of data that you would like to delete or additional information you would like to enter, this can be accomplished here.  Finally, the application creates an import log after the import process, so that you know what was successfully imported.
