Fuse, an agency specializing in helping brands reach teens and young adults, today was named one of OUTSIDE’s Best Places to Work 2015. This marks the fourth year Fuse has been named to the list, an annual project designed to identify and celebrate the top companies across the United States that help their employees strike an ideal balance between work and play. OUTSIDE’s “Best Places to Work” list recognizes companies that encourage employees to lead an active lifestyle, are eco-conscious, and prioritize giving back to the community. Each year, OUTSIDE collaborates with the Outdoor Industry Association and Best Companies Group to compile the list through a rigorous vetting process that assesses the policies, practices, and demographics of hundreds of companies. The 2015 process was driven by employee reviews of their workplaces, taking into account factors like corporate culture, role satisfaction, work environment and overall employee engagement.
