VT Expanded Emergency Economic Recovery Grant Program

Vermont has announced a new funding program for businesses – the Expanded Emergency Economic Recovery Grant Program. The program will provide $76 million in aid to businesses that have been affected by the pandemic.

Businesses that collect state sales and use or rooms and meals taxes — which includes restaurants, hotels and others in the hospitality industry are able to apply now for the program. They can do so through the Department of Taxes website.

Other businesses and nonprofits will be able to apply through the Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD). Businesses will be asked to complete an online application via ACCD. The online application for these businesses is not available yet, however we will continue to keep you updated as more information is released. IMPORTANT: Please note that the funding will be provided on a first come, first serve basis so you should begin pulling together the required information right away.
