I would love to travel to the Patagonia region in Argentina.

I wouldn’t want to be famous.

If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Anthony Bourdain. He seems like he was really interesting, but is still relatively grounded despite being a celebrity.

My own taxes. It feels too much like work.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would want to learn more of the science behind cooking.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I once played the cazoo half of a tuba duet in a talent competition. We didn’t win.

What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
I enjoy what I do, and the people I do it with.

Favorite hobbies?
Gardening, cooking, reading, hiking & camping.

Favorite food?
Tacos!

Motto or personal mantra?
Done is better than perfect.

What can you be found doing when not working?
I can be found out in the vegetable garden.

What can you tell us about your family?
My wife Ashley and I own the Rail City Market in St Albans which she runs full-time. My oldest Zoey (9 going on 16) likes Irish Step Dancing and playing basketball, and our middle child Wyatt (6) is becoming quite the cook and loves all things Minecraft. Our pandemic baby Maeve just turned 7 months old and has the most agreeable temperament I’ve ever seen in a baby. We’re pretty spoiled with her!
