Household Income Excludes Some Students’ Earnings

The following is important information from the Vermont Department of Taxes.

Do you have household members with income? Remember that the first $5,600 of income earned by a full-time student who qualifies as your dependent is not considered to be part of your Household Income. See this fact sheet for more information.
